This Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy explains the terms governing payments, token amounts, cancellations, and refunds for transactions made through vastuproperty.com and managed by VASTU PROPERTY.

 

1. Scope of Real Estate Services & Payments

VASTU PROPERTY acts as a real estate channel partner, offering:

  • Property consultation
  • Site visit assistance
  • Property booking facilitation
  • Home buying support

We deal exclusively with MAHARERA-registered projects.

Payment Processing

Payments made through our website are processed securely using BillDesk.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Wallets
  • EMI
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any real estate transactions.

 

2. Token Amounts & Booking Fees

Any Expression of Interest (EOI) or token amount paid through VASTU PROPERTY is forwarded or adjusted towards your property booking with the respective developer.

The following are determined solely by the developer:

  • Final property price
  • Payment schedule
  • Stamp duty
  • Registration charges
  • Booking terms and conditions

These are governed by the official Developer-Buyer Agreement.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

Where an online consultation fee or booking token collected directly by VASTU PROPERTY is eligible for cancellation under a written agreement, approved refunds are processed within 0 working days to the original payment method.

Developer Booking Cancellation

If you cancel a property after paying a booking amount directly to the developer, all cancellation charges, refund eligibility, retention amount, and processing timelines will be governed entirely by the developer’s cancellation policy and applicable MAHARERA regulations.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Administrative charges
  • Government taxes
  • Stamp duty
  • Registration fees
  • Payment gateway processing charges
  • Any statutory fees already paid to government authorities or third-party service providers

 

4. Payment Disputes & Support

If you experience any payment-related issue or require clarification regarding a booking or transaction, please contact us immediately.
